2. DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment, digital delivery may be sent to the customer’s email address.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout.


3. NO REFUNDS AFTER DELIVERY

Refund approval remains at our discretion where legally permitted.

We do not control:

  • supplier pricing

  • supplier stock

  • supplier delivery times

  • supplier quality

  • third-party business decisions

We are not liable for actions, delays, or business practices of third-party suppliers.


6. CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or unauthorized refund claims may be investigated and disputed.

We reserve the right to provide order confirmations, email delivery records, and transaction evidence where legally permitted.
